How to brand a diamond using invisible electronic marks

Scientists at General Electric R D Center in Schenectady New York found a way to mark a diamond with an invisible ownership symbol. The mark is an altered electric conductivity area revealed by an electrostatic charge and special powder forming a heart shape on the diamond surface.
