Suspect in Bay Village jewel heist bound over to grand jury
Adam P. Kocak, 30, of Cleveland, appeared in Bay Village Municipal Court and was bound over to a Cuyahoga County grand jury for aggravated robbery in a December 27 Bay Village jewelry theft. Police say he robbed a Florida woman at gunpoint after answering a diamond ring ad and bound three others with duct tape. He was arrested at the West Chateau Apartments and faces related kidnapping and grand theft charges tied to Brecksville and other incidents. his brother Joseph pled guilty in the Brecksville case.
