Avon boards eyes land for new middle school
Avon Middle School may need space for 400 students per grade as district eyes about 30 acres between Center and Stoney Ridge roads. A 25 acre owner has refused to sell since 1995. If approved, a judge could set a fair price and compel sale. Building could cost 750000 to 1 million with a bond later.
