Forgotten toy spurs new Wellington discipline policy

Wellington schools superintendent Walter Harris said a new discipline policy will be created after two incidents at Main Street School. Harris backed the 30 year veteran, denying allegations he pressured parents not to attend a board meeting. Dwight Cottrell, the student involved, said teachers have since harassed him and a science class incident escalated after a minor whispered during a film.
