Man charged in crash that injured woman
Lorain police say Nicholas Pelfrey drove while under the influence of drugs in a head on crash on Cooper Foster Road. Nancy Lobdell, 60, is in critical condition at MetroHealth Medical Center. her 4 year old granddaughter escaped serious injury. Pelfrey, 27, of Elyria, faces charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to control. He is to appear in Lorain Municipal Court.
