Brother identifies Walmart shooting suspect in 2023 murder case
Tyler Tubbs testified in Lorain County Court that Roosevelt Benton shot his brother Nick Tubbs during an illegal marijuana sale at the Elyria Walmart in November 2023. Nick Tubbs died the next day in Cleveland hospital. Benton, 20, faces multiple felony charges including two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault.
