Elyria approves grant for senior housing on former Thomas Jefferson site
Elyria Finance Committee votes to award a $250,000 grant to Elyria Community Partnership and Pivotal Housing Partners for demolishing the Thomas Jefferson School at 615 Foster Ave. and building about 46 independent senior housing units.
