Wellington Two wreck kills two
A head on collision on state Route 58 Sunday afternoon killed Mark Horton 64 of Sheffield Township and Cody Wallace 21 of New London. Ohio Highway Patrol suspects drug and phone use by Wallace. Horton was belted. Wallace was not. Horton was a long time union president and trusted colleague described him as devoted to members.
