The 60 year old, with iron gray hair and about 132 pounds, five feet six inches tall, was found between the sidewalk and curb on 45th and 35th streets at 12 15 AM by Bert Gagnour and Pete Cone. He had apparently been struck by a car, the left side of his skull crushed, and the body was moved to the spot where found with his left hand in his overcoat pocket and legs crossed.
