E. J. Falliner, chairman of the county USDA War Board, advised poultrymen in Forsin County to place orders immediately. He said laying batteries production is only 29 percent of normal and other equipment faces restrictions, increasing the need to act now.
Last evening Chronicle Telegram carried three reports of a car theft being recovered. The car belonged to Halland Foster of 1739 Lake Avenue, with a woman named Fiyria Tising It listed. Foster of 73a Lake Avenue called the editor to state his car had not been stolen.
