OhioCorps would aid students affected by opioid crisis
State Rep Rosenberger unveils OhioCorps a plan to help high school students with drug-using families gain college access. It would award scholarships for community service and allow college mentors for credit while seeking funding from state reserves and private pharma donors. University systems back the effort citing overdose risk reduction. Daisy Tolliver, a Waverly High freshman, hopes to major in business under the program.
