Florida Minister Fatally Hurt in Two-Car Crash

The Rev. Harry K. Finley, 69, of 720 Park Ave., was killed and his wife Bessie injured in a two‑car collision near St. Petersburg, Florida, Saturday at 5 p.m. Another driver was charged with failure to yield. Finley died 20 minutes after the crash at Mound Park Hospital. The couple were vacationing in St Petersburg en route to a restaurant. Funeral services set for Thursday at 2 p.m. from the First Baptist Church in Wellington. Finley held prominent Baptist positions and authored church materials. survivors include two daughters, three grandsons, a sister, and three nieces. Friends may call Wednesday evening. burial at Brookdale Cemetery.
