Sewers Project Costs Stall Over EPA Rule Ties
Ct discharge meets EPA standards but a proposed collaboration with Sheffield to install sanitary sewers on Colorado Avenue and Harris Road failed due to high costs. Pelcic noted the district faced a pickle as EPA required either tying into city sewers or upgrading the plant before the new building opens. About $1.5 million set aside has been spent on a high pressure water line for the new school and storm sewers to curb flooding.

Burge case eyed for hybrid representation issues
Ohio Attorney General Matt Donahue, the special prosecutor, warned that Burge facing hybrid representation could affect appeals. He alleged Burge may seek access to evidence his lawyers saw but the judge did not. Burge would not comment. The judge is accused of unlawful interest in a public contract tied to fees and office space leases. Burge denies crimes and faces a March trial.
