Minkler Elected Director of State Association
Dog Warden Lee Minkler of Ely was elected a director of the Ohio Dog Warden's Association at its 13th annual convention in Columbus. H. L. Lefingwell of Cleveland was reelected president. Mrs John Berger was named chairman of arrangements. A bus chartered this week carried twenty nine girls from local clubs to visit Neighborhood House and the YMCA in Lorain, accompanied by several adults.

The South Amherst Woman's Guild held its February meeting at St John's Exan Rélicat Church with a noon pot-luck, red and white valentines decor, and favors. Mrs Fred Berge and others organized activities, readings from Scripture, and a discussion on Woman and the Way led by Mrs John Mer. A farewell tribute honored Mrs Paul Mon, moving to Cleveland, followed by a gift presentation. A bank offering service was led by Mrs Willam Gassai with assistants. Plans were made for the semi-annual birthday dinner.
