Beach Boys cofounder Carl Wilson dies at 51

Fall from Elyria river bank prompts rescue along Lake Avenue
On Friday night police and responders searched for a person named Gareau after a fall from a steep river bank. EMTs fire and police hiked about 200 yards along a trail off Lake Avenue near the new station to reach the scene. Authorities were unsure of Gareau's precise location.
