Two Teens Arrested After Ridgeville Home Robbery

In Ridgeville, Daniel J. Wheary and David M. Rice, both 18 and 26, were arrested hours after a 76-year-old man was robbed at his Main Avenue residence. Police say the suspects wore ski masks, duct taped the victim to a chair, and stole cash before fleeing. The men confessed after questioning and face aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, and grand theft charges.

Keystone seeks levy again for $17 million high school
