Refunds Ordered for Womack Nurseries Misleading Mail Orders
U S District Court in the eastern Tennessee district ordered Womack Nursery Co along with Nursery Barn Morrison Nursery Co and McMinnville Tree Farm to create a 35304 refund pool under FTC supervision. Customers who filed claims by March 1 1979 will receive payments, with most awards ranging from 5 to 200 dollars.
