Relatives gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Bement to honor their 25th wedding anniversary. Attendants included numerous Bement relations, Gariss, Dagne families, Bateman of Spencer, Ohio, Thorpton family of Wellington, plus visitors from Cleveland, Akron and Elyria. A silverware gift was presented as congratulations were offered. An altiplane forced landed near Wakeman the previous day, its crew assisted by Kenyon Garage and O.S. staff, with taxi service to Cleveland.
