Philadelphia cops charged with brutality and false assault claim
Two Philadelphia police officers Kevin Robinson and Sean McKnight have been charged with aggravated and simple assault conspiracy and other offenses for beating a man Najee Rivera after stopping him on a motor scooter near Seventh and Somerset. A grand jury investigation was announced by District Attorney Seth Williams with Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey.

Plane crash survivor recalls engine trouble in Taipei
