Strickland exempts top Ohio public salaries from cuts
Gov. Strickland will not seek pay or benefit reductions from Ohio’s highest paid public employees led by Ohio State University President Gordon Gee, who earns about 775,008 yearly before bonuses. The move leaves 154 top earners untouched as most state workers face a 10 percent health premium and other concessions.
