FAVA Gallery exhibition highlights two Ohio artists
The FAVA Gallery in Oberlin hosts Ruth B. Bercaw and Susan E. Squires in a two artist show titled Vie Moderne. Bercaw’s three dimensional textured works evoke childhood bluff lines while Squires offers black and white crayon drawings inspired by Crete stairs and moonlit cascades. The exhibit runs through February 21 and draws strong local interest from families and art lovers. Mary Rosenthal, curator and committee member, praises the display as handsome and compelling. The gallery is at 39 S Main St with hours Tue-Sat 11 am to 5 pm and Sun 1 pm to 5 pm.
