Anthony Quinn recalls Barrymore gift of stage armor
In interview material, Anthony Quinn recounts meeting Barrymore in 1935 after debuting in Clean Beds Mae West produced. Barrymore, fading but generous, chose him as surrogate son and gave Quinn the armor he wore as Richard H which he still keeps as a symbol of their friendship.
