City Civil Service Announces Police Fireman Physical Rules

Niagara Falls Feb 6 Worried preparations were under way to halt the progress of a large ice floe carrying four to five youths seen about four miles above the American Falls. The Niagara Power Company sought a tug to reach them as reservation authorities raced to Goat Island to intercept the drifting ice cake. The youths were believed to have been ice fishing when the current split the floe and swept the young boaters downstream.
