Falwell to sue Penthouse after ruling on interview
UPI reports Rev. Jerry Falwell vowed a $10 million suit against Penthouse and two freelances after U.S. District Judge James C. Turk refused to block the magazine’s March issue. Judge ruled publication not infringing First Amendment rights but kept a temporary restraining order until Monday hearing.
