Schwarzenegger and Shriver sue two paparazzi over pursuit
In Santa Monica California Arnold Schwarzenegger testified he felt very vulnerable as two photographers followed him and Maria Shriver in separate vehicles on May 1. The couple accuse Giles Harrison and Andrew OBrien of false imprisonment battery and reckless driving. Witnesses described the car chase and confrontations near the couple’s home and at their son’s school. Defense says photographic evidence shows no crimes and that the couple’s son was in the car.
