Henry F. Sullivan of Lowell Mass veteran Marathon swimmer becomes the second man to swim from Catalina Island to the mainland. He started at 1 a m Monday and finished near Port Vicente nine miles north of Long Beach around midnight. A photographer aboard one of four escort boats reported fog and a missing craft later found. Sullivan then rode a taxi from the landing.
