Spencer zoning permit denied for 28 unit housing project

Burglar steals cash and jewelry in Elyria

Police arrested two juveniles Wednesday afternoon as they attempted to break into a vacant home at Carol Lane and Defiance Avenue. The youths, seen by a resident, were caught on Defiance near California Drive and released to relatives after juvenile court processing. Also, a Cam pagna Street burglary yielded $870 cash and rings valued at $1,850, reported by Robert J. Bacisin.
