Lorain County highway program eyed with 74.7 million plan

A 74.7 million major highway program for Lorain County is planned with 10.5 million to be let for contracts in 1969. State schedules show multi year growth including a proposed north south spur to connect Lorain port with I 71 and a six mile link from Middle Ridge to Route 10.
