Music Boxes a Big Hobby for Berlin Heights Vet
Dr. Byron P. Merrick, a Berlin Heights veterinarian, collects Swiss music boxes and has what is believed to be the world’s most complete collection. He built a dedicated display room, dates his hobby to 24 years ago, and will open the room to a club in October. The collection spans from early musical watches to box designs, highlighting the evolution of mechanical music from boxes to jukeboxes.
