Over 100 Children Made Happy With Gifts in Oberlin
A volunteer committee led by Ins Frank Clark gathered and sorted gifts for more than 100 needy children. Sections for First Church of Christ Episcopal and First Methodist churches sent baskets, with cash and gifts provided by the Exchange with the Nineteenth Century Club and the Santa Anom mous fund of 1949. Gifts also came from the Oberlin Women’s Club and numerous individuals. College dramatists hosted Christmas names for children with refreshments and presents before the holiday.
