Jimmy O'Brien slept in a Chicago courtroom spectator’s bench causing police to jail him. Judge Leon Edelman dismissed the disorderly conduct charges after a two hour wake up and a lecture, then sighed at snoring from the back as O'Brien returned to the rear of the courtroom. The judge later dismissed court.
