Two Lakewood natives Daniel Garvey and Joshua Sobe, both 22, were arrested after police say Garvey robbed a Rocky River Chase Bank on December 14 and Sobe drove the getaway. Garvey allegedly robbed a Westlake Fifth Third Bank five days later. They remain in Westlake City Jail facing state charges.
