Notice of Appeal in Case Against Appellate Judge Washburn

A notice of appeal was filed with the clerk of courts today in the case of Oscar Johnson of Cleveland appealing a decision that favored Appellate Judge Clarencé G. Washburn. Johnson charged Washburn collected expense money he was not entitled to, challenging a ruling by Common Pleas Judge Lynn Griffith of Warren who tried the case.
