Lorain resident Charlene James found a solution when she could no longer care for her dog Scooter. The Many Paws Reach-Out Program, run by the Horvaths and James Plowman Jr, offers low cost grooming and donated pet supplies to seniors, disabled owners, and retired veterans. It is funded by Affodable Pet Services and public donations.
