Shuttle countdown back on track for Colombia flight
CAPE CANAVERAL FL. AP The countdown for space shuttle Colombia’s first flight in two years was back on track for Thursday after a one day postponement to let launch crews catch up. Weather could be a problem with a marginal outlook and possible cloudiness. The seven man crew includes a Florida congressman and the first Hispanic American astronaut. The shuttle had undergone an 18 month overhaul to align with its fleet sisters. NASA cited time consuming problems in the aft engine compartment as the reason for the delay.
