Lorain police say a man met a woman named Jazmine440 on DateHookup com and planned to meet at 1035 W 10th St but was met by two masked men who assaulted him with handguns and took $50 before fleeing.
The Avon Lake race was the priciest in the county this year. In Lorain Democrat Chase Ritenauer spent $19,834 while Republican Tim Baxter tallied about $15,000. Ritenauer left with over $20,000 in reserve. Baxter about $5.73.
