Nudist Sues Over Arrest At Florida State Beach
Tomaine Wyner a Florida nudist filed a civil rights suit in Palm Beach County accusing three state employees of false arrest and malicious prosecution after she was arrested for disorderly conduct at John D MacArthur Beach State Park while wearing a copy of the Bill of Rights.
