Fire kills seven coeds at Providence College dorm
A pre dawn blaze swept Aquinas Hall on the Providence College campus, killing seven women and injuring 15 as students and firefighters worked amid subfreezing temperatures. One firefighter hurt. several students hospitalized. Authorities consider faulty Christmas lights or a hair dryer as possible causes.
