Des Moines postal clerk suspended over 45 degree mail hold confusion
A Des Moines postal worker, Robert McLaughlin, 42, claims he was suspended for refusing to hold letters at a 45 degree angle. He says a supervisor cited insubordination after a MOMIP training dispute. McLaughlin alleges harassment and seeks back pay and clearing of his record.
