Avon Northgate sewer system labeled worst in state
Avon mayor reports Ohio Pollution Board findings that Avon's Northgate sewer system is the state's worst. Officials cite worn plant, 100 percent sewage infiltration, and poor original sewer installation as factors needing replacement and upgrades. Hearing continued to March 16 with progress reports due June 2 and March 2.
