Burglar Shot by Officer in Columbus Taxicab Chase

A 73 year old Dorset resident, Johnson Kennedy, suffered a concussion and minor brain injuries when his car, carrying his two sons, skidded on a grade near Stop 90 Oberlin Road and collided with a Wakeman driver’s car.
