Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital opens near Jacobs Center

The 60 bed freestanding rehab facility at Nagel Road near Avon is a joint venture of Select Medical and the Cleveland Clinic. It includes a 22 bed brain injury unit and a large gym, with patients averaging 14 to 20 days of stay after acute care. Groundbreaking expansions at the Jacobs Health Center are expected to open in 2016 and create about 200 local jobs.
