A 63 year old Vermilion woman Annaley Keller Brillhart died on a Lorain County bus returning from the Ohio Grange Sixth Degree ceremony in Cleveland. Police and a Lakewood hospital ambulance responded after she collapsed aboard the Lieb Transit Line bus. Her death is believed to be a heart attack. She is survived by her husband John Lyle Brillhart, Jr., a son, two sisters, a brother, and was to be cremated after services at 2 pm Friday in Vermilion.
