Delta Air Lines filed suit against its pilots union and 49 pilots in federal court and moved to block overtime refusals amid cancellations that removed 386 flights over a weekend and slashed 3 to 6 percent of the schedule. Kroger Earnings Meet Expectations on Q3 Results
Kroger Co reports third quarter earnings up 15 percent from a year ago as Kroger brand products perform well. Excluding merger and one-time costs, earnings reach 28 cents per share on $10.9 billion in sales. including all costs, $202 million or 24 cents per share. Sales rise 6 percent to $10.9 billion.
