Beating Suit Filed for $20000 by Lorain Employee
Bonnie Harper of 2320 Packard Dr Lorain an employee at Bar X 2854 Vine Ave Lorain filed suit against Daniel B Garcia 3816 Dallas Ave Lorain for 20000 for an assault and beating at Bar X on July 16 in the presence of customers. She claims Garcia threw her to the floor kicked her fractured left ankle and other injuries seeking 10000 for injuries and 10000 for punitive damages.
