House rebukes Obama on immigration orders
The House passed a symbolic measure declaring Obama’s immigration actions null and void in a 219 to 197 vote. The bill aims to deter deportations and expand work permits for around 4 million undocumented immigrants, but is unlikely to become law with Senate opposition and a presidential veto.
