Warner jury selection enters fourth week in Cincinnati trial

The Marvin Warner case and two former Home State Savings Bank presidents begin week four in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court with four alternate jurors to be seated. Judge Niehaus canceled Monday sessions. 12 regular jurors chosen. three alternates tentatively seated. The defendants face 81 counts of willful misapplication of funds amid about 300 million transferred to ESM Government Securities before its 1985 closure.
