Court hears appeal in Berea teen murder case
On appeal, defense contends Donald Putnam Jr was tricked into confessing to the 1986 murder of Lori Taylor by detective Ralph Gale who used a hypothetical scenario. The case recalls the May 28 1986 killing in Grafton Township and co defendant Jerry Hayes guilty plea to complicity.
