Ohio Supreme Court blocks DUI death charge justice ruling
The Ohio Supreme Court ruled 5 to 1 that prosecutors erred by charging James Dye with Rob Arnold's death after Arnold died seven years after a 1999 drunken driving crash. The court said a plea bargain and lack of reservation to retry justified concluding the state forgave further prosecution.
