Body found in ditch shot on Thanksgiving morning
Lorain man Alberto Gutierrez was found in a Pratt Road ditch in Huntington Township. Trooper Mandi Rodriguez said the coroner determined he was shot in the side and had been dead since 2 to 4 a.m. A passing motorist reported the scene at 7:35 a.m. The family, including sister Juanita Gutierrez, seeks answers about why he was found distant from home and by whom.

N R gets road funds for new solar factory site
